Getaway Trip Registration Form

September 28-29, 2018 | Getaway is an overnight retreat for 6th-8th-grade students on the campus of Ozark Christian College. It costs $40 to participate. Students will meet at Osage Hills to leave at 4:00 pm on the 28th. We will stay in the college dorms. Students will need a sleeping bag, pillow, one set of clothing, and toiletry items.

Make your payment through this form, then follow the links below to fill out the Osage Hills release form (if we do not have one on file) and the Ozark Christian College Permission form (please fill out and bring with you after registering.)
